How do I disable or uninstall the toolbar?

If you are having any problems with the GALILEO Toolbar, you can disable or uninstall it.
For Internet Explorer:
To disable the toolbar:
- In the browser, click on the X at the far left end of the toolbar
- Click the Disable button to confirm you want to disable it
To uninstall the toolbar:
- Click the Windows Start menu
- Choose Control Panel
- Click Add or Remove Programs
- Scroll down to LibX for IE
- Highlight LibX for IE
- Click Remove
- Click Yes to confirm that you want to remove the toolbar
For Firefox:
To disable or uninstall the toolbar:
- Go to Tools > Add-Ons (If you don’t see the Tools link at the top, click the orange Firefox button in the upper left and then choose Options > Options.)
- Scroll down to GALILEO Toolbar
- Highlight GALILEO Toolbar
- Click Disable or Uninstall
- Restart Firefox
