How do I request an IP change?
GALILEO and database vendors must maintain current IP address information in order to ensure continued access. Updates to IP address information must be coordinated with multiple vendors and may take up to five business days to complete. Please use the Contact Us form to submit an IP change request to GALILEO Support Services. Requests should include:
- The complete range of IP addresses to be validated
- The date on which the actual IP change will take place
- Contact information for the Internet service provider that manages the IP range
