Off-site users trying to access EBSCO persistent links with https in them may see a blue screen like this:

To access the article or the search permalink, take the s out of the https in the EBSCO section of the link.
For example,
This link:
http://proxygsu-dem4.galileo.usg.edu/login?url=https://search.ebscohost.com/login.aspx?direct=true&db=a9h&AN=816272&site=eds-live
Needs to change to this:
http://proxygsu-dem4.galileo.usg.edu/login?url=http://search.ebscohost.com/login.aspx?direct=true&db=a9h&AN=816272&site=eds-live
in order to work.
