Why am I having problems exporting citations to RefWorks or EndNote?

Sometimes users encounter problems with exporting citations from databases into RefWorks and EndNote. Typically problems are related to pop-up blocking. If you are encountering problems exporting citations, please check to make sure that your browser or any toolbars you have downloaded to your browser are not set to block pop-ups from the database you are exporting to or the bibliographic software you are importing into (RefWorks, Endnote, etc…)
