Question

Why can’t I print from WestLaw Campus Reseach?

Answer

In order to print from WestLaw Campus Research, you will need to make sure that pop-up blocking is disabled in your browser and in any toolbars you may have downloaded to your browser. Also, if you are using Internet Explorer, please make sure that WestLaw Campus Research is added as a trusted site. Here are directions:

Settings to Allow Westlaw Printing & Downloading (all browsers):

  1. Pop-Up Blocker (in browser) (See instructions for individual browsers)
Add westlaw.com to your browser’s pop-up blocker exemption list. Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari all have such lists.
  2. Google or Yahoo Pop-Up Blocker (in browser toolbar)
Lots of people use the Google or Yahoo toolbars. Not only handy for searching, but they also provide additional (probably unnecessary) pop-up blocking. You’ll also need to have that turned off.

Add WestLaw Campus Research as a trusted site:

Internet Explorer 11:

  1. Click the icon that looks like a gear from the top-right of the screen.
  2. Select “Internet Options” from the drop-down menu.
