How can I add a link to a Films on Demand video in my Desire2Learn (D2L) course?

Answer

Desire2Learn is a secure website (https:) and some embedded content (e.g., Films on Demand videos) within D2L comes from a non-secure source (http:). This mix of secure and non-secure elements is called “mixed content.” Mixed content is disabled by default in the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome. In order to view the embedded content, you will need to enable mixed content within your browser. Below are the steps for how to enable mixed content for Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer.
