Support for Libraries
GALILEO provides support to all users through the Contact Us form, but librarians and library staff at participating institutions may also contact GALILEO Support Services by phone or e-mail to report problems, submit IP changes and other requests, or ask questions about the GALILEO project.
In the event of a GALILEO-related emergency (examples: GALILEO is unavailable, one or more databases are inaccessible), please do the following:
- First, check the GALILEO System Status Announcements
- Second, call ITS Customer Services at 888-875-3697 to report the problem if it has not been announced. Please note: this number is for library use only. After hours, please follow voice mail instructions for emergency support.
Emergency support hours are 24 hours a day, Monday through Sunday.
For non-emergency, general support, and IP change requests, please use GALILEO’s Contact Us form.
Non-emergency support hours are 8 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday, with the exception of state holidays.
